Arginine is one of the 20 amino acid building blocks that are responsible for creating each and every protein in our bodies. Arginine has a plethora of diverse biochemical functions including injury repair, hormone release, and a precursor to many vital compounds. Therefore increased arginine levels will result in higher quantities of NO in the bloodstream, faster. NO is one of the most potent vasodilators the body can produce. Vasodilators widen blood vessels which results in numerous benefits for body builders. Wider blood vessels translate to increased blood flow which means more efficient delivery of nutrients and removal of waste products. Wider blood vessels also lead to decreased blood pressure. Arginine Improves Growth Hormone (GH) levels Arginine stimulates the natural release of growth hormone and is a far safer and more cost effective alternative to GH treatment such as HGH injections. Growth hormone is one of the most powerful hormones in the body which promotes the growth of lean muscle tissue and fat loss. As you age, GH levels drop, which is one reason you lose muscle and gain fat. In a controlled trial, when arginine and other amino acids were combined with weight training, a greater decrease in body fat was obtained after only five weeks than when the same exercise was combined with a placebo. Arginine is also needed to increase protein synthesis, which in turn increases muscle growth.

Directions

Recommended Use: Take 2 capsules (1000 mg) with water or your favorite beverage twice daily on an empty stomach.Take first dose in the morning & second dose one hour prior to workout. If workout is in the morning then take second dose a half hour prior to lunch. To maximize results, drink at least 64 oz of water daily while using AAKG.
