Senna Leaf Powder
Senna is a shrub-like herb from the flowering Cassia species. Most commonly found in the southern most region of India, these beautiful yellow flowering plants are used in natural herbal digestive supplements for their active component known as Sennosides. The Sennosides help move waste through the digestive system by encouraging the colon to contract.* It is thought that Senna was used in tea’s as far back as 9th century A.D for the same purpose we use it today, occasional constipation.*
Psyllium Husk
Psyllium Husk, also known as Ispaghula or Plantago Ovata, has been used centuries for its beneficial fiber content.* Grown in the regions of Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh in India, Psyllium is harvested and milled to separate the seeds from their husks. It is the husk from the Psyllium seed that contains roughly 80% soluble fiber, supporting regularity and smooth elimination.* It wasn’t until the 20th century that researchers discovered that Psyllium Husk may promote heart health as well as help you feel fuller longer for weight management.*
Lactobacillus Acidophilus
Acidophilus is a species from the genies Lactobacillus. This friendly gut bacteria was first discovered within the human digestive tract in 1900, and benefits us by deterring the growth of harmful bacteria. It feeds on prebiotic fibers that the human body does not digest and may help to produce beneficial enzymes.* It is estimated that there are trillions of beneficial bacteria living within your gut and around 1,000 different strains identified to date. The Lactobacillus genies is one of the most commonly studied and popular among dietary supplements in the gut health category.

Suggested Use
CAPSULES: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12oz of water and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): Half the adult dosage.
