It is a gentle internal cleanse that helps maintain regularity, aids with occasional constipation, and supports digestive health.* When ingested, Psyllium Husk absorbs fluids within the colon to form a gel-like substance.* This process adds bulk to the stool which allows waste to exit the body smoothly and efficiently.* Psyllium Husk also promotes heart health. Soluble fiber from foods such as Psyllium Husk, as a part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12 oz. of water and drink immediately.
