BCAA Blend – Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine – 6 Grams
Of the three BCAAs, Leucine is the one that has the most research supporting its ability to stimulate protein synthesis. We use an innovative 10:1:1 ratio which means you’re getting a HUGE 5-gram dose of this powerful anabolic activator in every serving for maximum effect. The additional two BCAAs work synergistically with Leucine to promote greater results than Leucine can by itself.(1)
Essential Amino Acid Blend – Phenylalanine, Threonine, Lysine HCl, Histidine HCl, Tryptophan, Methionine – 205 mg
The latest clinical studies indicate that protein synthesis is stimulated to a greater degree if additional EAAs are included, which is why we have added them to the formula.(2)
Conditionally Essential Amino Acid Blend – Glutamine, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate – 2,750 mg
What are CEAAs or Conditionally EAAs? They are amino acids that cannot be made by the body under certain conditions, such as stress. We can’t think of anything more stressful than the brutally tough workouts you put yourself through several times a week so to us it makes perfect sense to include them in ADYM.
Glutamine - A big part of dealing with the stress of an intense workout is recovery and that’s where the amino acid Glutamine helps you remain in an anabolic state. It also works synergistically with the BCAAs to stimulate protein synthesis, act as an anti-catabolic during training, and promote post-workout recovery.(3)
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate – We’ve included this version of Carnitine because it supports testosterone production and it doesn’t get any more anabolic than that!
Amino Acid Support Blend – Taurine, Raw Coconut Water Concentrate, HICA, Bromelain, Blueberry Fruit Powder – 960 mg
Taurine – This is a popular amino acid that’s often included in energy drinks and pre-workouts. We’re using it here for its powerful cell volume effects. Taurine pulls water into the muscles, hyper-hydrating them and blowing them up big time!
Coconut Water Concentrate – If you’re sweating, it means you’re working hard. It also means you’re losing electrolytes. If you don’t replace the electrolytes you’ve lost, you risk muscle cramps as well as dehydration. Coconut Water is a complete fluid replacement ingredient: it has vitamins, key electrolyte minerals, anti-oxidants, amino acids, and enzymes for advanced hydration.
HICA (Alpha-Hydroxyisocaproic Acid) – This is a metabolite of Leucine that works synergistically with the BCAAs & EAAs to stimulate protein synthesis. Additionally, it binds ammonia in the muscles during hard training thereby blocking fatigue.(4)
Blueberry Fruit – This is amongst the most effective antioxidants on the market and helps your immune system combat workout-induced free radicals.
Bromelain – This is the digestive enzyme that’s found in pineapple and has been added to ADYM to help you digest the high levels of protein most bodybuilders consume.
Intra-Cellular Buffer Blend – Beta-Alanine, Dicalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate – 800 mg
Because the act of training is catabolic it tears down muscle tissue and drains glycogen stores. Your muscles react and a spike in lactic acid levels occurs, downing pH levels to prevent your muscles from enduring more damage. You know this as "muscle failure". We want to interrupt this process so you can push past the point of failure and keep going deep into the growth zone.
The intra-cellular buffer helps to form a barrier between your muscles and this dramatic increase in lactic acid as your pH levels decrease in an attempt to halt the muscle breakdown.
